Situation

The DRA Server failed in loading LDAP query into cache. Additional Data - HR - Unknown error code 3221507819.

Unable to load LDAP Queries

Resolution

Microsoft does not have a fully supported way to restore a single container in ADAM. NetIQ Support recommends reinstalling ADAM on the primary DRA server to resolve this issue. See NETIQKB72804 for more information on rebuilding the ADAM instance.

Cause

Upon service startup DRA will check ADAM for any custom LDAP queries that have been created. If the container for the LDAP queries (DRAQueriesRoot) does not exist, DRA will have an error.
