Situation

Is there an alternative to setting the Trusted for Delegation flag on the server running the DRA Web Service?

Is there an alternative to setting the Trusted for Delegation flag for the DRA Web Service?

What other means will allow communication with the DRA Web Service if the 'Trust computer for delegation' flag cannot be set?

Resolution

If the 'Trust computer for delegation' flag cannot be set on the machine where the DRA Web Service is installed, the only viable workaround is to enable Basic Authentication instead of using Windows Authentication and then enable an SSL key so passwords are encrypted.  Otherwise, Admins will not be able to launch the Web Console from thier client machines and connect to the DRA server.
