Changes to System Values iSeries task crashes when using YYYYMMDD date format. (NETIQKB72796)

Error message in SCM:
PSV0012: Request report command failed

Error message on iSeries:
CPF0553 Date contains too many or too few numeric characters

This occurs when running the Changes to System Values task from SCM and using the date format of YYYYMMDD.

Use one off the following:

YYMMDD, *CURR, *PRVMS, *PRVME, *PRVDY, or any of the other special values.

The task suggests using YYYYMMDD, however, this is not correct.
