Situation

Incorrect scoring for the service status and permissions check are being returned.
Missing permissions parameter for the service status and permissions security check.

Resolution

Run the Autosync wizard to download the latest NetIQ NIST SP 800-53 for Windows Server 2003 template.

Cause

The NetIQ NIST SP 800-53 for Windows Server 2003 template has been update to now include the security check Service status and permissions setting minimum which provides more parameters to the user.
