Deployment tasks are not being created in Control Center (NETIQKB72653)

Deployment tasks are not being created in Control Center.

No Deployment tasks are created in Control Center.

Verify that the following two items are enabled on the server hosting the NetIQ AppManager Control Center Deployment Service server:

• Client for Microsoft Networks
• File and Print Sharing

If you find that either or both of these are disabled, you will need to re-enable them in order for the Deployment Service to be able to create Deployment Tasks.  Once they are re-enabled, stop and start teh Deployment Service.  Deployment Tasks should start being created within a few minutes.
