If you upgrade an agent to the latest version of Security Manager and the agent currently has log archive messages queued to send to the Central computer, Security Manager logs an error, fails the upgrade and the agent does not send the archival messages.
Archival events could not be migrated to new queue thus are not sent to central computer.
After installing Service pack 3 (SP3), Security Manager now properly upgrades the agent message queues, and the agent sends any stored archival messages to the log archive server after upgrading.
