Situation

When trying to launch the NRC console I receive an Http://404 error

When launching DRA Reporting the first time I receive an Http://404 error

Resolution

To resove this issue, verify that either the .net 2.0 or .net 3.5 extenison is enabled.

Cause

.Net 2.0 or 3.5 is not enable in IIS.
