SCM Oracle checks fail for an Oracle endpoint that has been removed then re-added in the SCM console (NETIQKB72569)

Environment

This happens only after the Oracle endpoint has been added then removed, then re-added.

Situation

For the 5.6 Unix Security Agent, any Oracle endpoints added into the SCM console that are removed, then re-added, all security checks fail.

Resolution

Apply hotfix72569 from the NetIQ Web Site.

Cause

The internal agent database for the Oracle endpoint is not cleaned up as needed when the Oracle endpoint is removed.
