To resolve this issue download the updated checks - Baseline and Security Checks for iSeries (October 2010)  through the Autosync Wizard. 

The check was not correctly handling Library/Program Combinations causing incorrect scoring.

The input parameter does not accommodate for lower case entries or multiple exclusion entries.
