ACE hotfix for SCM to go along with Agent Hotfix 72509

In order to accurately represent the permissions on a file or directory within SCM, the code for reporting the permissions has changed to include a new attribute.  This new attribute, named ExtendedMask, will now report the permissions seen in the extended permission dialog box.  The original Mask attribute remains, but will now correctly report the basic permissions on a file or directory.

Download and apply this hotfix along with Hotfix 72509
