NetIQ AppManager WinOS Module 7.5

Situation

General_ASCIILog getting error: Unable to store data in the data dictionary
Agent is hanging due to memory leak

Resolution

This issue can be corrected by installing any NetIQ AppManager WinOS version 7.5 or greater. You can download and install the latest version from the following location:

https://www.netiq.com/support/am/extended/modules.asp

Cause

This is caused by a known issue with the pre 7.5 version of the WinOS General_ASCIILog KS not releasing memory after each iteration.
