Situation
CHR0365 and CHR0368 while trying to save / save as / generate assessment report.
Error when attempting to export an assessment: "There is already an object named 'GetMOSSummary' in the database"
You might receive an error message if you try exporting an assessment that the backup device cannot open. An sample error message could be: "Operating system error 5 (Access is denied)."

Resolution
To address this issue, before you to export an assessment to a folder on your computer, ensure that the SQL Server 2005 Express service account has write permissions to that folder. The default SQL Server 2005 Express service account is Network Service.
Changing the service account to the Local System is sufficient.
Cause
SQL Server 2005 Express service account does not have write permissions to folder where assessment is bering stored.
