Situation

Unable to manage Exchange support after Exchange 2007 SP2 was applied.

Exchange 2007 support disabled after updating Exchange support tools on DRA server.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, reinstall the Exchange 2007 support tools on the DRA server and ensure the version matches that of the Exchange server(s) in the enterprise.

Cause

The version of the support tools installed on the DRA server differed from the version on the Exchange server.
