Situation

Oracle "Redo log file verification" check does not take redo log groups into account.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

  • UNIX Hotfix 72090 (5.6 UNIX Agent)
  • UNIX Hotfix 72091 (7.1 UNIX Agent)
    and
  • Apply updated July 2010 SCM checks through AutoSync

Cause

The SCM UNIX Agent and SCM check was not aware of Oracle LGWR Redolog groups
