Situation
Common agent crashing on hp-ux 11.31 ia64
Resolution
To resolve this issue, simply apply hotfix 72419 using the instructions provided, checks that utilize regular expressions on HP-UX should begin working again on IA64 systems.
Cause
The checks that include regular expressions fail if the agent is running on an HP-UX operating system on an Itanium IA64 computer.
