Situation

How do you apply a new license file?

Resolution

In order to apply a license file in Security Manager 6.5 or higher, please follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Control Center
  2. Once launched, click on Tasks/Launch Module Installer 
  3. After the Module Installer launches, click on the Settings button at the bottom of the window
  4. Click on the Add License button
  5. Select the license file provided to you

Cause

You may need to apply a new license file.
