Situation
Error 1723 while attempting to install the AppManager Agent for Windows on a Windows 7 or Windows 2008 R2 Operating System
Resolution
Microsoft has released an update that will address the incompatibility issues that you may encounter when attempting to install an AppManager for Windows Agent on the Operating Systems referenced above. In order to correct this problem verify that you are attempting to install AppManager for Windows Agent version 7.0.25 or later and then refer to the Microsoft Knowledge Base article below:
