How do I remedy a failure on the Website and Virtual Directory Permissions check?

The remedy for this check has been updated to say "Deny write, execute and source accessing permissions on web virtual directories.?  Run Autosync to download the updated check.

The check searches the web virtual directories with granted permissions to write, execute or source access.

 In this case the customer has execute permissions in all the web virtual directories shown in the report, so the solution is to deny these permissions. The way to do this is:
Open the properties of this web virtual directory.
Choose the Home Directory tag.
Search the Application Settings area .
Set the Execute permissions area to None.
Press the OK button.

The remedy for this check has been updated to say "Deny write, execute and source accessing permissions on web virtual directories.?
