Additional Information

Formerly known as NETIQKB72197

  • NTFS compression only takes place on index data. This compression can be viewed in the attributes of the index files. Only index files bigger than 64KB are compressed.

  • The data within the NDS files is compressed (Default Gzip compression that comes with .NET ) by the Central Computer before it is received by the Log Archive Server.
