Situation
When using SCM to distribute a file by email, no Excel file is produced and an email is not received.
No email is received when setting up a check or template to do email report distribution.

Resolution
Set up the Excel 2003 .Net Programmability Support option as described in the attached document.
Cause
If the Excel 2003 .Net Programmability Support option is not installed on the Core Services computer you may see the symptom that the Excel report is not distributed.
