Situation

How do I unlink a UNIX Agent from a UNIX Agent Manager console instance which no longer exists?

Resolution

To unlink a NetIQ UNIX Agent from a UNIX Agent Manager instance, you will need to remove the uniquely generated encryption key located at <netiq>/bin/psekfile .  After removing the psekfile you should be able to regenerate the UNIX Agent PSEK key via the UNIX Agent Manager without restarting the UNIX Agent.
