Unable to reset user password in Web Console.
Error code 80007005 is returned.
This hotfix resolves an error that occurred when creating a user account with the Web console.(ENG282445)
This hotfix requires NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator 8.5 Service Pack 1.
To install this hotfix, close all DRA consoles and run the DRA8501_Hotfix72103_setup.exe file on each Administration server computer.
This hotfix modifies NqCryptLibrary.dll (Build Number 77) in the installation folder, by default C:\Program Files\NetIQ\DRA.
Changes to code in the SP1 release were causing the issue and needed to be corrected.
