Situation
I'm getting a PSI0095 when upgrading through the PSINSTALL command:

The save file specified in the PTFSAVF parameter is not a valid NetIQ
cumulative save file. Please contact NetIQ Technical support for
instructions on obtaining a valid file.

The save file specified in the PTFSAVF parameter is not a valid NetIQ
cumulative save file. Please contact NetIQ Technical support for
instructions on obtaining a valid file.
Resolution
Re-issue the command, and prompt it with an F4. When the command comes up, in the field for the PTF Save File, put *NONE instead of the name of the upgrade save file. The upgrade will proceed as normal.
Cause
When running the PSINSTALL command, there is a field for a save file. This is ONLY used when you have a CUME PTF to install with the upgrade.
