Netiq Secure Configuration Manager 5.7
The Outgoing Email Address is missing from the Core Services Configuration Utility and you are unable to enter a valid email address.
Out of Compliance emails do not work and email distribution of reports is not working.
Open the mk.options file that is found in Program files\Netiq\Secure Configuration Manager\Core Services
Add this to the bottom the mk.options file, where the from address is the correct address then save the file.
If you delete the default information in that field and save it, the field disappears.
