NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager 5.8

Situation

When running reports against an Oracle on Windows endpoint installed on a 64bit server. There is an ADO error that also appears in the logs for the windows agent when running the reports.

Resolution

This issue can be resolved by installing the 32bit admin oracle version on the 64bit machine. This is a supported configuration that will resolve the problem.

Cause

Oracle on Windows agent on a 64bit is not a supported configuration.
