Situation
Work item terminates unexpectedly
In some Processes, when workflow errors are captured globally and then loop back to the original activity that errored, the work item terminates immediately upon reaching that failed activity a second time.

Resolution
This issue has been resolved by Hotfix 72189 and all subsequent Aegis Server releases.

This is a known issue in the NetIQ Aegis core product
