Agent service on Report Agent system constantly generates the following error within the Windows Application Event Log, while creating reports that include graphs: 'Starting NetIQ Graphics Server. NetIQ Graphics Server started successfully.'
Report generation jobs for small reports may take an hour or more to complete.
Reports take only a minute to complete when run without charts.
To correct this issue, copy the following 6 files in the <install path>\NetIQ\AppManager\bin direcotry, and move them to a separate directory where they will not be at risk of being deleted:
Once those files are safely copied out, locate the same 6 files in the <install path>\NetIQ\Common\bin directory, and copy those files into the <install path>\NetIQ AppManager\bin directory.
Stop and re-start the NetIQ AppManager Client Resource Monitor service, and then re-run any report where you were previously seeing this issue. The report should now complete in a timely fashion.
