Netiq Secure Configuration Manager 5.7

Situation

Error message when running SQL reports - "Endpoint is offline"
Some security checks work but not registry checks.

Resolution

Start the SQL Server Browser service on the SQL endpoint you are running the report against.

Cause

SQL Server Browser service is not running
