Resolution
Viewing the active agent list for SM6.0 and below.
Open Monitor Console, Expand Monitor/Infrastructure Components and click on Agents. In the bottom right will be a count of all active agents. Note: This view is limited to 2000 machines.
Viewing the active agent list for SM6.5
In the Control Center, you will see a summary of the agent count by navigating to Infrastructure Components/Agents. The summary is at the top of the window in the blue bar above the agents list.
