Netiq Secure Configuration Manager

Situation

Core Services Authentication Credentials are lost during uprage to SCM 5.8. In the Core Services Configuration Utility, the core services to database connection was set to use Windows Authentication but after upgrade this was reset. Core services is running as local system account and is authenticating using VigilEntService.

Resolution

Will be fixed in a future release

Cause

code incorrectly reset core services credentials.
