Is there a Knowledge Script that can be used to cold start the NetIQ AppManager Agent Service on a machine?
Resolution
There is a Knowledge Script available called AMADMIN_RestartAMServices.qml which can be used to cold start the AppManager Agent service on a machine. Using the 'a' switch will remove the local override and site information.
This Knowledge Script is NOT supported by NetIQ Technical Support and is provided as-is.
The script can be found in the \windows_installation\extras\unsupported utilities\KSs folder on the machine where the AppManager Installation Kit is downloaded and extracted or on the AppManager Installation CD.
Additional Information
