The problem here is that the remote console machine does not have the same hotfix and/or service pack level as the Central Computer. To validate this, you can perform the following steps:
- Go to Program Files\NetIQ Security Manager\Onepoint on the Central Computer and console machines
- Get properties on SMCommon.dll file on the Central Computer and console machines.
- Go to the Version tab and compare the version on both the console machine and Central Computer
If the version is different, then apply the correct hotfix and service pack level so that both of these numbers match and that should resolve the issue.
