Situation
Receive error in Control Center when attempting to Check out, Copy Knowledge Script, or Create KSG.
When attempting to Check out, Copy a Knowledge Script, or Create KSG in Control Center you may receive the following error message:
SQLSTATE=42000, native error=229m msg='[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'FetchVirtualKSByName', database 'QDB', schema 'dbo'.' You don't have dbo rights to the AppManager repository. You must configure Microsoft SQL Server and AppManager Security to enable Control Center to communicate with the AppManager repository.
When attempting to Check out, Copy a Knowledge Script, or Create KSG in Control Center you may receive the following error message:

Resolution
In order to resolve the error described above the user account must be added to the Operator Console Security Manager with Standard User role (at a minimum) to ensure that proper permissions to the QDB have been granted.
Cause
These errors are generated if the logged in user has been granted rights in the Control Center Security Manager but has not been added in Operator Console Security Manager.
