How do I can configure the Analysis Center IIS Identity if the service account password has changed?


In order to resolve this issue you must change the password stored in IIS Manager by performing the following steps on the server running the ACWebService:

  1. Open IIS Manager on the webconsole machine on the Web Server running the ACWebService
  2. Browse to Application Pools | ACAppPool | Properties | 'Identity' tab
  3. Change the Password in the Configurable account section to the new password.


When the password of the Service Account used by Analysis Center changes you must manually make the changes in IIS.
