Cloning HomeDirs with more than 3 levels of directories results in error.

This hotfix for the Directory and Resource Administrator product (DRA) and the Exchange Administrator product (ExA) resolves specific previous issues. This document outlines why you should install this hotfix and identifies files modified by the hotfix. We assume you are familiar with previous versions of this product.

Why Install This Hotfix?

This hotfix resolves an issue where the home directory was not created when cloning user accounts with home directories where there are more than 3 levels in the path to the home directory. (ENG266783)

System Requirements

This hotfix requires NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator 8.1 Service Pack 2.

Installing This Hotfix

To install this hotfix, run the DRA8102_Hotfix71606.msi file on each Administration server computer.

Modified Files

This hotfix modifies the following files in the installation folder, by default C:\Program Files\NetIQ\DRA.

• DcLibDynamic70.dll (Build Number 365)
• McsHomeShareTriggers.dll (Build Number 365)
