When running an exception report the VPC Serever Becomse slow and unresponsive.
This hotfix resolves an issue with Inconsistencies in Compliance Reports and User Reports. This hotfix resolves an issue where user reports and compliance reports list quiz scores and date/time stamps that differ from each other for the same quiz. (ENG267455)
This hotfix also optimizes processing so the performance of VigilEnt Policy Center is greatly improved when running reports. (ENG264018)
Note: This hotfix requires VigilEnt Policy Center 5.5 Service Pack 2.
To install this hotfix:
Log on to the VigilEnt Policy Center server computer with a local administrator account. Run the VPC55002_Hotfix71569.exe file. Follow the instructions in the wizard until you have finished installing the hotfix.
