The Oracle listeners with blank passwords reports "Unexpected End of File -1"

Resolution

Uvservd is modified to fix this issue

 

Installing This Hotfix

Complete the following steps to install this Hotfix.

To install this Hotfix:

    1. Click Manage Agents in the UNIX Manager console.
    2. Select Hosts -> Scall All Hosts and verify the agents are active and registered.
    3. Select Hosts -> Patch Mgr.
    4. Click Load.
    5. Select the p56p23.zip file and click Open.
    6. Select the computers where you want to install the Hotfix.
    7. Select 5.6.23 as the patch you want to apply.
    8. Click Apply to update the selected computers.

Cause

The check triggers an issue with uvservd and the term password
