Situation
Symptom User Profile is missing from DDM transactions collected by RRM
Symptom DDM exit point data has blank user
Resolution
This issue is resolved by an IBM PTF. For OS versions V5R3 & V5R4 the following applies. See IBM for applicable fix for other OS versions
SI33966 is for V5R3 and the APAR (SE36093) states: "DDM exit point data has blank user. "
