Situation

In a limited amount of instances, CGW installed on a machine can cause a blue screen to occur

Resolution

Install Change Guardian for Windows 2.0 with all hotfixes and service packs in order to address this issue.

Cause

This is caused by bad data at the kernel driver level from other products.
