What are the minimum permissions needed for the IIS App Pool Identity Account?
What are the minimum permissions needed for the IIS App Pool Identity Account for the AC Web Service?

Resolution

Below are the recommended minimum permissions for the ACAppPool Identity Account for the ACWebService

  • SA equivalent permissions for the all AC databases. (AC_Configuration, AC_Warehouse, Data Mart)
  • Membership in the Power Users & IIS_WPG local groups of the IIS server hosting the ACWebService
  • Read & Execute permissions to the IIS ACWebService Virtual Directory.
