Situation

How many concurrent GUI connections are allowed with a distributed installation?
How many concurrent GUI connections are allowed with an all in one installation?

Resolution

 A maximum of 10 connections has been determined to be safe and has no affects on performance.  More than 10 connections at the same time will degrade the performance of Core Services and the database on a distributed installation or an all in one installation.

Cause

Too many consoles or GUIs connected at the same time can degrade the ability of Core Services and the Database to process requests.
