Situation

Error: 'The trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed.' when launching the Analysis Center console

Resolution

This problem has been corrected in Service Pack 1 for Analysis Center 2.7.  Analysis Center 2.7 SP1  is available for download here:

https://www.netiq.com/support/nac/extended/servicepacks/default.asp

If you are not able to upgrade you can also perform the step below to correct the problem manually:

Run the following query against the AC_Configuration database:

UPDATE rGroup SET IsEnabled = 0 WHERE Name LIKE '%Everyone%'

Cause

This issue has been corrected in Service Pack 1 for Analysis Center 2.7
