Situation
SCM events timestamp are off by 1 hour after leaving DST
Resolution
Hotfix 71369 resolves this issue for Aegis 2.0 and can be obtained at the link below:

Cause
IQSCM is collecting wrong time data, after leaving DST the SCM events timestamp are off by 1 hour, and due to this issue Aegis isn?t creating work items from processes which uses SCM events
