What are the hardware, software, and network requirements for NetIQ Group Policy Administrator 6.0?

To install and configure GPA, you need a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. Some features of GPA rely on Microsoft SQL Server.

The account you use to install GPA must have the following Microsoft SQL Server and
Microsoft Windows administrator permissions:
? Database administrator permissions on Microsoft SQL Server
? Domain administrator permissions in the domain where you create the GPA
Security account and Export Override account
? Local administrator permissions on the computers where you install the GPA
Server and GPA Console
GPA supports both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms, ensuring you can run GPA in any
Microsoft Windows environment.
The computers on which you install GPA should meet the minimal hardware and
software requirements for each GPA component you plan to install.

GP Repository Requirements
The following  lists the hardware and software requirements for the GP Repository
computer.
 Minimum Requirements
CPU Pentium III, 600 MHz
RAM 512MB, 1GB recommended
Drive space 1GB (able to expand to 5GB)

Operating system
Currently, you can install the GP Repository only on one of the following
operating systems:
