Template parameters are empty after editing a security check. (NETIQKB71291)

After editing and saving a security check the templates that the check has been added to are now missing their parameters. The version count of the template has gone past 10 once the check was updated and every template that was linked to the edited check seems to have a version of over 10 and no longer has parameters in it.

To resolve this issue apply hotfix 71291 that is available on www.netiq.com.

The version on the template increasing to a double digit such as 10 causes the template to reset.
