Situation

Attempting to set up single signon product but RRM exit program seems to block

QIBM_QTG_DEVINIT exit point program blocking functionality

Do I need to make any changes within RRM to allow single signon?

Resolution

In order for a single signon product to work, the AutoSignon control parameter needs to be set to *ANY. 

  • From the RRM menu, Option 30  Manage RRM
  • Option 21  Change Telnet Attribute
  • Change AutoSignon control  to *ANY
  • Press Enter to update 

 

Cause

Telnet Attribute was set to *NONE
