Resolution
Step 1)
===================
Please confirm that the following settings are correct on the Central Computer:
-These settings should have been resolved during the SP upgrade.
1) In Component Services navigate to "Computers"->"My Computer"-> "OnePointActiveOpsDas"->"Components"->"DasServer.DasProcessRule.1"
2) Then right click on it to bring up the "Properties" dialog.
Click on the "Transactions" tab in that dialog,
3) Then switch to "Required" from "Required New" for "Transaction support"
4) Click on OK for this dialog.
5) Run module importer again.
Step 2)
===================
Unfortunately, you cannot import that module directly from the GUI, so you'll need to follow the steps below:
1) Save the attached file "NETIQKB71197.nqm" as "Security Manager Infrastructure.nqm" and note the path.
2) In the OnePoint directory run the NetIQ.SM.ModuleImport.Gui.exe with the following command:
-Replace items in <>'s with correct information.
-Items in {}'s are optional.
NetIQ.SM.ModuleImport.Gui.exe -xa -d <Central Computer name> -db <sqlserver{\Instance}> -f "Security Manager Infrastructure.nqm" -m "<directory where module is located>" -o "2"
Step 3) (optional)
===================
If you need to check if the installation was successful, send the files with the name "NetIQ.SM.ModuleImport.Gui*.nq1" to technical support. The log files for the module importer are in C:\Documents and Settings\$userprofile$\Local Settings\Temp\NetIQ.
