The original Service Pack 2 build deleted all the files from the \NetIQ Security Manager\OnePoint\WebConsole directory. These files build the structure of the Security Manager web interface.
Situation
How do I restore my WebConsole directory after Service Pack 2 installation?
If you have already installed Service Pack 2 from the original build.
If you have already installed Service Pack 2 from the original build.
Resolution
You will find a zipped copy of the WebConsole directory on the NetIQ FTP site. Use the following credentials:
ftp.netiq.com/download
Username: tsdownload
Password: yellow&77down
Browse to the \Products\Secure\SM\WebConsole directory and download the WebConsole.zip file. Extract the contents of this file and over write the data in the existing \NetIQ Security Manager\OnePoint\WebConsole directory on your web console server.
