Situation

Error: 0xc00434a2: The access account does not have powers.

Event ID: 16315
Unable to add new Secondary DRA server to an existing MMS.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, unlock the DRA service account and try to re-add the secondary server to the MMS. Otherwise, check the server(s) firewall port settings and make sure ports required by DRA are not blocked.

Cause

Possible Cause: The DRA Service Account or Override Account has been locked out.

Known Cause: A firewall is in place that is blocking ports needed by DRA.
