Cannot access Mailbox Rights in Directory and Resource Administrator when managing an Exchange 2007 environment.

Add the Directory and Resource Administrator service account to the Exchange Recipient Administrator Group.

Restart the NetIQ Administration Service

 

This is caused if the Directory and Resource Administrator service account does not have adequate permissions to the exchange server.

The same issue will be present in native tools when logged in as the service account and attempting to access Mailbox Rights.
